90-Day Profitability Guarantee
The Coach guarantees that the picks provided to the Student within the Sports Empire program will achieve an overall profitable win-rate within the first ninety (90) calendar days from the Student’s official enrollment date (the “Guarantee Period”). For purposes of this guarantee, a “profitable win-rate” shall mean that the total net results of all picks provided by Sports Empire during the Guarantee Period result in positive net profit when followed exactly as instructed.
In the event that the picks provided by Sports Empire fail to achieve a profitable win-rate within the Guarantee Period, and provided that all qualification requirements outlined below are fully satisfied, the Student shall be entitled to receive a full refund of the total amount paid for enrollment in the program, plus an additional Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00 USD) (the “Guarantee Payout”).
Conversely, if at any point during the Guarantee Period the picks provided by Sports Empire achieve a profitable win-rate, whether prior to or at the conclusion of the ninety (90) day period, this guarantee shall immediately become null, void, and permanently invalid. Once invalidated, the guarantee may not be reinstated, reactivated, or applied at any time in the future under any circumstances.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 90-Day Profitability Guarantee, the Student must strictly comply with all of the following conditions, without exception:
The Student must follow every single pick posted inside the Sports Empire platform during the entire ninety (90) day Guarantee Period, placing each pick exactly as provided, including bet type, odds, timing, and any applicable instructions.
The Student must not place, tail, follow, or engage in any other betting activity outside of the picks provided by Sports Empire during the Guarantee Period, whether through other services, individuals, platforms, or personal discretion.
The Student must maintain complete, accurate, and verifiable proof of compliance, including betting logs, timestamps, wagering confirmations, and account statements, and must provide such documentation upon request.
Any missed pick, altered wager, partial compliance, or deviation from the provided picks shall immediately disqualify the Student from eligibility for the guarantee.
The Student must submit a written request for the Guarantee Payout within seven (7) calendar days following the conclusion of the ninety (90) day Guarantee Period. Failure to submit a timely request shall result in forfeiture of the guarantee.
Additional Terms
This guarantee applies solely to the Student’s initial enrollment and may not be transferred, assigned, or reused. The guarantee does not apply to renewals, upgrades, bonuses, promotional access, or any ancillary products or services. The Coach reserves the right to independently verify all submitted documentation prior to issuing any refund or additional payment.
This guarantee constitutes the Student’s sole and exclusive remedy related to program performance and profitability claims.
